I trust you are doing well, I would just like to say thank you very much from all of us here at BDG-International. You and your Team has done a fabulous job, I really appreciate all the trouble you went through! Thanks so much…. Paula, when I first tried getting hold of someone to make the arrangements I kept getting the story that I had to get this and then I had to get that etc. When I asked you to do everything, and you said you would, I did not realize the extent of what had to be done. You wee fantastic in resolving all obstacles along the way. Zakary’s illegal immigrant status, that resulted in the fine to the original import agents, right up to the public holidays and bird flu testing results not being out on the day of travel.
I really appreciated the way you kept me informed all along the way of what was happening and your assurance that everything would be fine.
Moving country is a very traumatic thing and you made the birds move so smooth for them that they do not show any stress at all.
May I wish you both all the very best for the future and success in your dynamic business. I still have the two cats at Baker’s Corner, and should I need them sent here later on I will know whose capable hands I can place them.

Peter Curtis Dear Paula and the lovely ladies of Aeropets Worldwide I would like to thank you all for the wonderful, and extremely professional way in which you dealt with the relocation of Gingerman to Dubai. You went out of your way to ensure his comfort, as well as my peace of mind, (the neurotic owner) at all times. Even when our visas were delayed for a week, and flights were changed, you all took it in your stride and made sure he was well cared for and comfortable.� In a country where service levels are often poor, your phone calls and follow up and reassurance at all times were truly appreciated. Relocation can be a stressful time for animals as well as their owners, and Gingerman arrived in Dubai none the worse for his experience, in fact, he has not stopped purring since he arrived. You are a truly professional company, with highly service driven ladies (need I say more??), and I will certainly not hesitate to recommend your company to others. I have been meaning to send you this mail some time ago, but rather late than never. I would just like to send our heartfelt thanks and appreciation for all that you have done to ensure that our two parrots arrived safely in Vancouver Canada.
